Understanding this grouping concept, allows you to add your own weird and wonderful ideas how it can be used to your advantage in your environment.
A simple example, you would like to have Head's of Department meetings during school hours. A simple method is shown below.
Here we created a class, grouped the LLC3 Educators together, likewise with the LLC1 and LLC2 educators, and the system simply slotted them in. I have Peter Davidson from Fish Hoek Middle School to thank for this method.
You could use the rooms tab to double up for other resources(I will be adding this as a separate tab in the next release). For example, you could enter the Television and video recorder here and add it into the groups accordingly.
