Added the ability to lock an educator/subject/room/class in any combination in the 'Layout' tab.
Also added default entries for Min/Day, Max/Day and Periods per Cycle.
It is now easy to lock an Educator and Subject, Set the defaults and drag the required classes one at a time to quickly setup the simple groups.
